Capacity List
GAS PROFILING: 6mm to 60mm thick, 1250 plate width, CNC controlled
SHEARING: 6MM THICK (Mild Steel) x 3 metres wide
BENDING/FOLDING : 3 metre wide x 160 tonne CNC controlled Press Brake.
2.5 metre wide x 6mm thk powered Box & Pan folder.
STEELWORKING: 60 tonne capacity machine for cropping, punching (28 dia thro 15mm)
SAWING: 250mm capacity machines with full mitering facilities
PLATE ROLLING: 2.5 metres wide x 4mm thick, minimum 270mm dia.
PAINTING: 5 metres wide x 4 metre deep wet painting booth.
TURNING: Conventional machines up to 270 dia swing over saddle x 2 metres B.C.
MILLING: Vertical and horizontal maximum table 350mm x 1400mm.
DRILLING: Single spindle machines to 5 morse, radial arm to 5 morse x 1200 arm
TAPPING: Articulated arm machine to 24mm capacity
SLOTTING: Up to 300mm stroke
WELDING: By MIG, TIG and MMA up to 400 amp
ASSEMBLY: Full assembly and test facilities up to maximum weight of 3 tonnes (larger by arrangement)
